Today was my second day of practice for the FLW Tournament on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. This is our first tour event of the year. Today was one of those days I would have liked to have a desk job.... Yep, that is sleet in my boat! It was windy, rainy and never got above 40 degrees the whole day. The lake level is low and the water temps are in the mid-40's which is making a tough lake fish even tougher.
I have managed to catch a couple of nice largemouths like the one pictured, but the bites are few and far between. I'm hoping to find out more tomorrow which is my last day of official practice...
Welcome to the world of bass fishing blogging. I am doing my little bit to promote you at Bass Pundit today.

ReplyDeleteI like your blog Joe. I'd like to know what you think about, besides fishing, when out on the water so many hours each day. I'm sure your mind must wander at least a little bit...
ReplyDeleteLarry, thanks for reading. Great suggestion.
